The hotel is located directly on the beach, which was beautiful and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff demonstrated excellent service and were always involved in activities to enhance the guest experience.

This place is located in a private and peaceful area, directly on the beach. The staff offers room service, car hire, and laundry, and the facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi. The garden area is perfect for relaxing, and the entertainment and activities such as table tennis, darts, and kayaking are great for having fun.

I enjoyed my stay here. The amenities such as the in-room air conditioning and flat-screen TV were nice, but what really stood out to me was the attentive staff.

The staff at Viva Maya By Wyndham were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They made us feel welcome and attended to all of our needs. The resort's location is also excellent, with a beautiful beach and close proximity to 5th avenue. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a dive shop on site.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the quality of the food and the need for some room updates, overall I would still recommend Viva Maya By Wyndham for its friendly staff, great location, and the efforts they made to address any issues that arose.

I recently stayed at a resort that had a great location, right next to the beach. It was convenient to have everything, from the rooms to the restaurants, within easy reach. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding jungle. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The resort also had various facilities, such as wheelchair ramps and wheelchair amenities, making it accessible for everyone.

One drawback was that I couldn't make reservations at the restaurants, which was a bit inconvenient.

Lots of activities, shows, nice beach area, free kayaks and paddleboards, free parking. Nice central court and coffee on point. Great beach and program for all ages. Great quality of night shows. Great food and beautiful beach landscape.

I recently stayed at this beautiful beach resort for one week and had a fantastic time. The beach itself is one of the best in the area, with plenty of palm trees providing shade. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, checking on us regularly. The ocean view from our room was stunning, and the amenities such as the nightly shows and beach games were great. The food at the à la carte restaurants was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was super comfortable, and the staff at the Italian restaurant were amazing. The main pool area was clean and had plenty of seating. I had a great time at Viva and would definitely come back.

The beach was absolutely beautiful with wide, white sandy shores. There were plenty of lounge chairs available under the palm trees for shade, and I didn't have to wake up early to secure a spot. Another great feature was the free internet throughout the resort and on the beach, except near the water. Additionally, the resort had a variety of activities to keep guests entertained, including beach volleyball, water aerobics, and yoga.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen next to the pool bar. It seemed dirty, and the trays holding the buffet style food looked quite grimy.

the resort had all the necessary amenities and more, with fantastic activities for kids and a great pool and beach area. the location was perfect - close enough to the main shopping area but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We also enjoyed the proximity to Plaza Playacar for smaller shopping options.

The wifi was quite poor, even after paying for premium access. the rooms were a bit dated, although they were still adequate.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a private area directly on the beach. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The staff was friendly and attentive, with bell staff/porters and housekeeping ensuring our comfort. The hotel also had an array of shops and commercial services for all our needs. Medical facilities and laundry services were also available. We loved the wake-up service and welcome drink upon arrival. The tours and ticket assistance made it easy to explore the area. The room amenities were excellent, with an in-room safe, balcony, and flat-screen TV. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar offering delectable meals and a buffet breakfast.

We recommend this hotel to all.

We stayed in a private section near the beautiful beach bar and central restaurant, away from the noisy areas of the resort. The room and bathroom were clean, with good service. Breakfast had some tasty options and a nice view. The pool was a plus, and the water sports were great for those who like them.
